This place is not too far from my place and the service is great. For example, there was one time I was with the lil one and I was busy handling things for her that on the way out i forgot my wallet. So when i arrived to the drive thru window after ordering our food, I requested they cancel the order. The young lady asked me why and embarrassed I explained what happened, she responded with "its OK you can com back and pay". I was really surprised and took the food home, ate it, and grabbed my wallet to drive back and pay them. I decided to get down, so i didn't have to wait the line. After explaining who i was, she was really surprised I actually came back to pay them. They offered me and the lil one dessert for the nice gesture. I might of bored some of you with that story, but I wanted to share their act of kindness. Don't believe every place would do something like that or trust a stranger to return as i did. They will continue to have me as a customer. As for this location, it's probably the best chicken place you can have on the go.

You have got to try the grill chicken sandwich. It's made of a thick juicy chicken breast, fresh letter and wheat bread. A nice healthy meal for those of us interested in healthy fast food. Much different than other sandwiches, the chicken is REAL and the breast size is enough to crush a painful post workout hunger. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

This place is the absolute best! Since I work very close by, I normally walk over and just grab a quick bite for breakfast or lunch. Their service is excellent, their food is delicious, and the fact that they always honor coupons and my special requests make them amazing. Their shakes are delicious, as well as their salads, cheesecake, chicken, brownies, breakfast, lemonade, and almost everything on the menu!

fast food service just doesn't get any better than this. my bf always craves this place so i called on a wednesday evening at 9:30 just to see if we still had a chance to make it before they closed. i spoke to a delightful employee named Blake who told me they closed at ten. we rushed over to the place just in time. we didn't bother going inside since they were closing up so we drove around to the drive thru. i was expecting an 8 or 10 piece chicken strip meal but their menu serves small portions and we both decided on the nuggets combo. pulling around to the window, we were greeted by James...also, a delight. i peeked thru the window and the store looked spotless as if it had just opened. more people joined the window to greet us, hand us our food and bid us a great night. also, unlike most restaurants, James was happy to give me extra BBQ sauce. i love dipping my chicken AND my fries so i often get ticked when fast food places catch an attitude when i ask for more or b.s. me into thinking i need to pay for extra packets! anyway. wasn't expecting such great service especially in this area of town but i got it!

The bathrooms are cleaner, the service is great, and of course, THE FOOD IS AWESOME. I am from NY so before i moved here i had never been to Chick-Fil-A. I am so glad i found this place. I cant speak for many other locations as i have only visited one other, but if this is the standard for all their locations, i wish they opened up locations closer to my house as id eat there every day. For the most part, i am really good about avoiding fast food. I know its bad for you, and i know there's steroids and pesticides and magical whale hormones in the food, etc... But don't think for one second I don't love me some Chick-Fil-A. This brand new location is a well oiled fast food machine. The staff is friendly (i was greeted like 15 times within 30 minutes) and very helpful. The food came out in less then 60 seconds, literally!! Also, they were giving out free chicken nuggets because it was their grand opening week, SCORE! I'm not going to get to into the delectable crispyness of their nuggets, or the potato goodness of their waffle fries, but for a fast food restaurant, this place is about as good as it gets on the East coast. I won't be giving out 5 stars to many fast food places, ("In n Out", Carls Jr.) but this location specifically impressed me.

Make sure you go to the Pines location!!!! I used to love this Chick Fil'A and I used to go almost every day during my lunch break. However, lately the customer service has been deteriorating and losing that awesome American customer service they're known for. During rush hour their drive thru line goes on forever (which is normal) so they decided to have an old Hispanic lady run from car or car collecting payment.... WTF? This lady is sweating and collecting cards and cash from 5-6 different cars, she rushes the clients... Its just plain distasteful! I filed a complaint with corporate and a personal complaint with the store manager; 3 days later the lady was back running around the drive thru. I felt very disrespected as they did not give my complaints any importance. Now secondly, I got a coupon for a free original chicken sandwich and when I went to redeem I requested for the chicken breast to be grilled instead and they wanted to charge me an additional fee.... Seriously? I has been making daily purchases from this restaurant for months the least they can do is show some appreciation and grill my chicken breast at no charge! I haven't been back since and now I just go to the Pines location and you should too! Boo Miami Lakes location! It needs to either be closed down or re-staffed with managers who know and operate under Chick Fil'A standards and values.

Looks more like a Vicky bakery than a chick fil a. They miss things in your order and take forever. Also when your ordering in the drive thru they ask you "that's it?"after you order 1 thing.. Wouldn't it be better to ask "will that complete your order?" This place is turning into an expensive McDonald's on 49th street! Not my favorite spot anymore.

I haven't had Chick Fil-A since I used to live in Texas and there was one down the street from my house. So when I found out that there was one not to far from my job, you can imagine my excitement. I love Chick Fil-A!! They're grilled chicken sandwiches are fantastic and they have WAFFLE FRIES!!! That's right, I said outwardly fries! I'm not sure if they sprinkling Angel Dust on them instead of salt but they are so much better than regular fries. Dunk them in a little bit of that Polynesian sauce that they have and your mouth in for a magical adventure into the land of deliciousness! My mouth is salvation as I'm writing this. I don't know why you're still reading this....go hunt down a Chick Fil-A right now and indulge in their delightful products.

I visited the new CFA location in Miami Lakes on Wednesday 1/27/10 for breakfast. First of all if CFA trained every fast food person or any service oriented folks in South Florida on customer service people would be much happier and nicer to each other around here. In my point of view when some one greets you and says a hello first it goes a long way. Any CFA I have ever visited has always been the same with its service and quality fast food, and I have been to around 25 locations coast to coast (can you tell its one of my favorites??). I had the usual, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with hash browns and orange juice. The food here always taste good and the sausage is not greasy at all like it is in other fast food joints. The hash browns were crispy and just the right temperature. The food took a little longer then usual but they had only been a business a week so I can't fault them for that. The manager came over to apologize and gave me some coupons for my next visit which was a nice touch. I will be back for sure!

always saw this at our local mall and never really was attracted to today when passing in front of this site (which is a stand alone site) there was a poor (or lucky considering the economy) person inside a cow outfit waving for people to come in so us suckers did so.... our daughter wanted to try it out & so did my husband... so off to venture we went. it took us a few to read & figure out the menu and quickly realized it is a bit more expensive then your regular fast food joint.... we had 3 items - 1 deluxe original meal, 1 8pc nugget meal and 1 grilled chicken sandwich (my mom is the most healthy conscious one) $16.47 later.... we received our food. the chicken nuggets were not to our daughter's expectations... these were small and clumped together... the grilled chicken sandwich did look good and mom stated it tasted good but it too was small..... then the smallest was the original chicken - it was ok - but my husband felt it was the portion of an appetizer... now we do have to admit the fries we did enjoy... and service was good - everyone was very attentive and service was quick.. this is one of those tried it - been there done that - do not believe we will be having this again.... not our type of food not bad just not for us....

I haven't had Chick Fil-A since I used to live in Texas and there was one down the street from my house. So when I found out that there was one not to far from my job, you can imagine my excitement. I love Chick Fil-A!! They're grilled chicken sandwiches are fantastic and they have WAFFLE FRIES!!! That's right, I said outwardly fries! I'm not sure if they sprinkling Angel Dust on them instead of salt but they are so much better than regular fries. Dunk them in a little bit of that Polynesian sauce that they have and your mouth in for a magical adventure into the land of deliciousness! My mouth is salvation as I'm writing this. I don't know why you're still reading this....go hunt down a Chick Fil-A right now and indulge in their delightful products.

This Chick-fil-A is awesome. I can't remember their names, but the manager and his wife and super nice and the service is always great. Their family night crafts are cute and helpful!

I visited the new CFA location in Miami Lakes on Wednesday 1/27/10 for breakfast. First of all if CFA trained every fast food person or any service oriented folks in South Florida on customer service people would be much happier and nicer to each other around here. In my point of view when some one greets you and says a hello first it goes a long way. Any CFA I have ever visited has always been the same with its service and quality fast food, and I have been to around 25 locations coast to coast (can you tell its one of my favorites??). I had the usual, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with hash browns and orange juice. The food here always taste good and the sausage is not greasy at all like it is in other fast food joints. The hash browns were crispy and just the right temperature. The food took a little longer then usual but they had only been a business a week so I can't fault them for that. The manager came over to apologize and gave me some coupons for my next visit which was a nice touch. I will be back for sure!

always saw this at our local mall and never really was attracted to today when passing in front of this site (which is a stand alone site) there was a poor (or lucky considering the economy) person inside a cow outfit waving for people to come in so us suckers did so.... our daughter wanted to try it out & so did my husband... so off to venture we went. it took us a few to read & figure out the menu and quickly realized it is a bit more expensive then your regular fast food joint.... we had 3 items - 1 deluxe original meal, 1 8pc nugget meal and 1 grilled chicken sandwich (my mom is the most healthy conscious one) $16.47 later.... we received our food. the chicken nuggets were not to our daughter's expectations... these were small and clumped together... the grilled chicken sandwich did look good and mom stated it tasted good but it too was small..... then the smallest was the original chicken - it was ok - but my husband felt it was the portion of an appetizer... now we do have to admit the fries we did enjoy... and service was good - everyone was very attentive and service was quick.. this is one of those tried it - been there done that - do not believe we will be having this again.... not our type of food not bad just not for us....
